DEHFOPAD Corporation – the Dione Etiba Humanitarian Foundation for Peace and Development – is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable community development, supporting vulnerable populations, and promoting peace through targeted educational and humanitarian initiatives.
Founded in 2026 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, we operate on the ground in Cameroon’s Southwest Region – beginning in Ebamut village, Bangem Sub-Division – with a straightforward conviction: every dollar, every volunteer hour, and every partnership should translate into tangible, measurable change for the communities we serve.
Our Story
DEHFOPAD was founded by Divine Etiba, a U.S. Army veteran with deep personal roots in Cameroon. Growing up with strong ties to communities in the Southwest Region, Divine witnessed firsthand the daily struggles faced by families striving to provide basic opportunities for their children despite economic hardship and regional instability.
That personal connection became a lifelong commitment to bridging gaps in resources, education, and social support. Seeing young students unable to attend school for lack of basic supplies, tuition, or uniform fees made one thing clear: this was a gap that required direct, structured intervention – not distant charity.
DEHFOPAD was established on a straightforward conviction: sustainable peace cannot exist without educational and economic opportunity. By meeting immediate humanitarian needs and empowering youth through education, we aim to build long-term resilience and stability from the ground up – one community at a time.

Our active humanitarian work is centered in Cameroon’s Southwest Region – particularly the rural and semi-urban communities of the Kupe-Muanenguba Division, where conflict, displacement, and economic hardship have severely restricted access to basic educational materials and relief supplies.
