Executive Leadership

Divine Etiba
Founder & Executive Director
Divine Etiba is a proud U.S. Army veteran with deep personal roots in Cameroon, currently based in Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Law and is completing a Master of Science in Information Technology at Westcliff University in California. With hands-on experience in humanitarian outreach across Cameroon’s Southwest Region, he founded DEHFOPAD to serve as a bridge between American resources and grassroots need on the ground.
Sean A. Turner
Chief Operating Officer
Based in Clarksville, Tennessee, Sean brings a strong background in operations, sales, and management from the automotive industry. As COO, he oversees DEHFOPAD’s day-to-day operational logistics and cross-functional coordination across the leadership team.

Marbel Ndonge
Director of Development
Marbel is a U.S. Army veteran who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cameroon and a Registered Nurse credential in the United States. She also holds a Master’s in Digital Technology and a Scrum Master certification – combining business, healthcare, and technology expertise to lead DEHFOPAD’s strategic development.
Ndoumbe Chantiberl (“Chanti”)
Program Director
Chanti is a dedicated U.S. Army service member and undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity. Grounded in her military experience, she brings leadership, discipline, teamwork, and a service-first mindset to DEHFOPAD’s operations – driven by a passion for technology, community engagement, and expanding opportunities for vulnerable populations. As a young leader, her adaptability and commitment to growth play a key role in advancing the foundation’s regional programs and community-minded mission.
Ebong Bryce Sume
Deputy Director of Development
Ebong Bryce Sume holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Buea, Cameroon. His expertise spans environmental sustainability, resource stewardship, and grassroots community development – grounding DEHFOPAD’s development strategy in field-level realities.
Metuge Brenda Mbulle
Deputy Program Director
Metuge Brenda Mbulle holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and previously served with CAMBIO, where she gained direct experience in international coordination and community program management. She supports Chanti in the design and delivery of DEHFOPAD’s field programs.

Theresa Ebohon, BS, MHA
Treasurer
Theresa is a healthcare administrator with more than fifteen years of professional experience, including service with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Health Administration, bringing rigorous financial and organizational stewardship to DEHFOPAD’s operations.
Leomon Kome
Secretary General
Leomon is a bilingual (English/French) educator and administrator whose career spans classroom teaching in Cameroon and current supervisory work with the U.S. Postal Service. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and is pursuing a PhD in HR Development.
Dr. Olive Ejang Tebug
Public Relations Officer
Dr. Olive is a Cameroonian journalist and sociologist with twenty-four years of media experience and a doctorate in her field. She brings deep expertise in communications, community outreach, and public engagement to DEHFOPAD’s mission and press relations.

The Leadership Behind DEHFOPAD Corporation
DEHFOPAD Corporation is led by a nine-member team of executive and board leaders, including U.S. Army veterans, healthcare administrators, journalists, educators, technology professionals, and community development specialists across the United States and Cameroon. Executive Director Divine Etiba founded the organization in 2026, drawing on personal roots in Cameroon’s Southwest Region and years of humanitarian outreach experience to establish DEHFOPAD as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to sustainable community change.
Together, our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in operations, financial stewardship, education, healthcare, human resources, media, and grassroots program delivery.
